The Services and any guidance provided do not constitute investment advice. Employees, staff, and representatives of FundeXprop are not authorized to offer investment advice or recommendations. Should any communication from FundeXprop's employees, staff, or representatives be misconstrued as investment advice or recommendations, FundeXprop clearly states that such information does not constitute investment advice or recommendations and is not liable for them. 4. TRADER ELIGIBILITY AND REPRESENTATIONS
